On the basis of analyzing several publicized security event cases at home and abroad, and from which learning the experience and lessons, the paper makes a discussion on the safety challenges faced by the hospital information system in the "Internet plus" era and the countermeasures from the aspects of demilitarized zone, VPN, WLAN, private network and line by combining the common problems existing in the medical information technology field.
