Based on the introduction of healthcare big data and its existing problems, the paper carries out systematic summary on the effective use, interoperability, development framework and safety ethnics related to the opening and integration of healthcare data in the diabetes management, and shows that the opening and integration of personal healthcare data can help the patients to better manage their own health records and improve the medical care quality.
