The paper conducts investigation and analysis on Open Access (OA) resources of geriatrics by using the representative OA databases provided by the Directory of OA Journals, introduces the overall situation of retrieval results and specific situation of each OA resources base, points out that the OA resources of geriatrics have a large utilization space.
