The paper analyzes the current problems in the construction of health informatization, puts forward the construction of APP of the medical system based on 3S technology, introduces the system design requirements, design theory and functional module of the medical health APP, and states application of 3S technology in the medical health field by taking software operation status in Fuzhou City as an example.
