The paper introduces the establishment and the implementation steps of drug procurement platform based on informatization process control, and states the operation effect. Introduction of this system can shorten the approval time of drug procurement plan, improve working efficiency, facilitate drug management of the hospital, normalize procurement behaviors, and finally realize the supervision on the whole process of drug procurement management of the hospital.
