The paper studies the outpatient and emergency treatment prescriptions and hospitalized doctors' advices of 10 municipal hospitals in Hangzhou, extracts data of prescriptions before intervention, one year after intervention and two years after intervention for comparison and analysis, and deeply discusses the effect of the whole prescription concentrated comment system on promoting rational clinical use of drugs.
