The paper briefly introduces the situations relevant to data accumulation of cancer genome and mining of genome data, puts forward a set of accurate genome data research based cancer diagnosis and treatment and risk prediction strategies by combining the current high-throughput technology and data mining strategy taking leukemia as an example, and finally summarizes the opportunities and challenges faced by mining and research of cancer genome data.
