The paper analyzes the problems existed in bioinformatics teaching, and proposes corresponding countermeasures for carrying out the course,including the selection and preparation of appropriate teaching materials, perfection of teaching contents, optimization of teaching mode, improvement of teaching ability and professional background of teachers, increase of class hours of the practice course and analysis by combining cases.
