Taking Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University as an example, the paper puts forward to construct Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) based on Internet cloud platform on the basis of introducing the development process and the existing problems of PACS, states the architecture and specific realization mode of the system and gives the application efficiency.
