The paper introduces the innovative service modes of the hospital library under the "Internet +" environment, including the mode of innovative service for medical personnel on one hand,namely medical personnel oriented mobile information service, embedded service, personalized service and fragmented service and the mode of innovative service for patients on the other hand, including new technologies, humanization, etc..
