Taking the library of Jining Medical University as an example, the paper introduces its innovation and improvement of the service promotion system of libraries of medical college in the new information environment through setting up a professional service promotion department, implementing multi-dimension service promotion modes, and evaluating the service promotion effect, in order to enlighten service promotion of libraries of medical college.
