The paper introduces the key technologies of precision medicine informatics including omics data standardization, data collection, data transfer and development of self-learning system, and states the application and development direction of the precision medicine informatics including disease subtype grouping technology, clinical decision support system and upgrade of Electronic Medical Record(EMR), in order to promote the development of precision medicine informatics in China.
