The paper introduces the significance of health management for Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD), states the building idea, contents and health management and informatization functions of study-type outpatient service, and discusses the informatization health management mode for the patients with NAFLD by taking full use of informatization technology, system and remote monitoring,etc.
