The paper studies the current situation of Chinese medical informatics education based on literature collection and sorting and combining literature statistics software such as NoteExpress, Bibexcel and Ucinet from the aspects of productive authors, issuing periodicals, social network analysis, etc., puts forward suggestions for the development of domestic medical informatics education by combining the advanced ideas of European and American countries relevant to the development of medical informatics education, and preliminarily discusses the professional skill indicators of graduates of this major.
