The paper puts forward the information flowing model for hospital knowledge management according to the different classification attributes of knowledge, and based on this model, givs some feasible opinions and recommendations on how hospitals can carry out efficient knowledge management, such as building expert datasets, introducing big data mining, enhancing internal and external communication of departments, and strengthening multi-disciplinary crossover studies,etc.
