Based on the analysis of comprehensive scientific research capability of technology talents, the paper constructs the evaluation model of comprehensive scientific research capability of technology talents, designs the evaluating indicator system based on big data of scientific and technological information, including the 5 dimensions like basic literacy, influence of scientific research output, scientific research management capability, academic potential and academic status, and studies on its application in talent introduction.
