Taking building the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University into Internet hospital as an example, the paper expatiates on the significance, detailed scheme of building public hospitals into networked hospitals, including aspects like business process, system architecture, management and application, pointing out that the building of Internet hospital is able to promote the reasonable utilization of quality medical resources.
