Taking Hebei General Hospital as an example, the paper carries out sample comparison on the overall quality of final operation medical records before and after the implementation of step-by-step quality control, analyzes the defects of Electronic Medical Records(EMR) and the causes of them during perioperative period, and expatiates on the necessity of step-by-step quality control of EMR, the setting of specific quality control points and its advantages.
