The paper surveys on WeChat operation in 34 municipal public hospitals in Shanghai, including aspects like functional positioning, information display, service function and characteristic function and so on, and puts forward related suggestions on development of hospital official WeChat, including aspects like making industrial standard, promoting tiered diagnosis and treatment and giving importance to data collection,etc.
