The paper sorts out some application cases of deep learning in medical informatics, respectively analyzes the principles and application of Deep Neural Network(DNN), Convolutional Neural Network(CNN), Recurrent Neural Network(RNN) and Modified Neural Network(MNN), and introduces the development direction of deep machine learning.
