Taking the reimbursement schemes of cross-provincial medical treatment of 8 provinces as its object of study, the paper introduces the reimbursement schemes, explicates the reimbursement result algorithm, designs data structure and system function, develops the reimbursement policy configurates subsystem to realize policy configuration management and examination function, and discusses further improvement of the function of the system.
