Taking the Huaian First People's Hospital as an example, the paper introduces the application situation, system architecture and functions of self-help machines, elaborates on maintenance, management and operation effect of self-help machines, analyzes the existing problems and discusses the prospect, and points out that application of self-help machines will enhance work efficiency of hospitals and improve patient satisfaction.
