Taking health information decision supporting system based on the comprehensive health management information platform in Chongqing as an example, the paper analyzes its current situation at the three stages of data index acquisition, management and application, discovering the existing problems and causes while bringing forward corresponding countermeasures, including setting practical data index base, reinforcing data management and application of index.
