The paper analyzes the current status of knowledge representation and knowledge models in clinical pharmacology, and expatiates the technical route, knowledge source, model framework and building methods of the clinical pharmacology knowledge model. Taking the non-small cell lung cancer as an example, it introduces that knowledge model application and verifies its feasibility, finally points out the shortage and discusses future trends of the study.
