The paper introduces DNA barcode technology and building of related information platforms of medicinal plants domestic and abroad, explicates design and implementation of DNA barcode visualization information query system of Chinese medicinal materials, and points out that the building of the system can help to advance application of species DNA barcode technology, to provide related researchers with reference and experience.
