To build the teaching video management system at medical colleges based on the B/S pattern, the paper introduces the development and working environment, key technologies, requirements, overall design of the system, and expounds on the realization of functional modules,including user, public notice, video, text message and comment modules. The testing results show that the system runs stably with a sound effect.
