Through a questionnaire that surveys the data security and privacy protection awareness of health care wearable devices of teachers and students from Peking Union Medical College, the paper analyzes the investigation results from the five aspects of cognition of data security ability of the devices, cognition of right subject of data, cognition of willingness to share data, awareness of respecting other people's privacy and awareness of data protection and legal right maintenance, expatiates on the main existing problems and sets forward the countermeasures.
