Relying on the Internet technology to realize the integrated third party online service platform of "medical service + insurance and financial service + data service", and based on the "Internet+ health insurance" mode, the paper elaborates on the design of the connection scheme that links the cloud platform and the Hospital Information System(HIS), discusses the application and effectiveness of the platform, and points out that use of the platform will enhance communication efficiency and cooperation effectiveness.
