Taking the Stomatological Hospital of Southern Medical University as an example, the paper surveys and analyzes staff reading characteristics and willingness to borrow private books from each other, designs and realizes the sharing service mode of staff private medical books based on the existing hospital Internet library management system, and explicates the key problems in the operation.
