The paper introduces the precision medicine program and the transformation brought by precision medical informatics to the medical health domain, analyzes problems existing in the development of precision medical informatics, and points out corresponding measures, including formulating and perfecting laws and regulations of precision medicine, establishing the information sharing platform for precision medicine.
