To evaluate and analyze the building and management of the website groups of units directly under Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) through the multi-dimensional scientific evaluation method, the paper introduces the scope, approach and the design idea of indexes and the specific index system of the evaluation, including the 5 level 1 indexes of information disclosure, public service, public participation, website design and management, and additional items, expatiates upon and discusses the evaluation results so as to achieve the purpose of promoting building with evaluation.
