Through interviewing elites and citation analysis method, the paper finds out the effective information behavior of users majoring in public health and preventive Medicine from Capital Medical University that plays an actual role in scientific research, including the two aspects of investigating users' dominant demands and mining and analyzing their recessive demands. On that basis, it explores the new disciplinary service mode that is adaptive to medical colleges.
