The paper introduces the concept and connotation of information literacy, expounds on the importance of improving information literacy of aviation medicine scientific researchers, analyzes the current problems of information literacy of aviation medicine scientific researchers and puts forth corresponding countermeasures, namely, fostering strong information consciousness and adept information access and utilization ability.
