To build the medical science data management and sharing platform prototype system that faces the public, the paper elaborates on design of the system, including the general framework, standard specification system and design of the function layer and application layer, as well as the system implementation process which includes server configuration and development procedure and effect, to realize the effective organization, management and utilization of multi-source heterogeneous medical data.
