The Human Glioma Proteome Database System(HGPDS) is built on the basis of technologies like Bootstrap, Java and MySQL. The system achieves data management, retrieval, visualization and analysis function, including heatmap analysis, gene ontology analysis and pathway analysis.The system has good extensibility and data compatibility,which will facilitate the comprehensive management and efficient analysis of proteomics data.
