A questionnaire is given to foreign postgraduate students from International Medical School of Tianjin Medical University on their information literacy, and their final examination papers are analyzed. Based on that, the paper proposes suggestions on improving teaching effect from the aspects like providing professional teaching materials, increasing class hours, enriching teaching methods and means, establishing channels for communication, improving level of teachers, and giving the foreign students more humanistic concern,etc.
