The paper introduces information about the status quo of medical service and health management study in China and the demands from hospitals, patients and third parties for new health management platform, elaborates on the structure and key module of holistic health management platform and the service mode of health management, points out that such service mode creatively establishes a seamless connection between health institutions and hospital information platforms, realizing inter-connectivity of the data owned by both sides, and linkage between business and service.
