To design and develop the public cooperative first-aid APP of "Save is Here" based on the cloud computing Internet technology, the paper elaborates on its design ideas, major functions, application value, advantage and innovation, analyzes existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, points out that the APP can promote social first-aid to become an important supplement to the pre-hospital first-aid medical service system.
