Taking Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University as an example, the paper analyzes demands of referral, formulates rules and procedure for referral, designs the hierarchical referral and reservation system for famous expert team featuring such functions as maintenance of members of the famous expert teams, maintenance of referral authority and assignment of reservation number source. It analyzes the existing deficiencies, sets forward suggestions for improvement and points out that the system is conducive to the perfection of treatment process and the enhancement of medical treatment efficiency.
