The paper validates the overall design requirements on the Electronic Health Records(EHR) management system for community residents, and dilates upon the system design from the aspects like design goal, functional module, conceptual model, key technology,etc. It introduces specific functional realization, including the establishment and maintenance of health records, information retrieval, information management of special records, data statistics, system management,etc.
