The paper summarizes the technical framework, application effect and successful experiences of regional imaging remote diagnosis platform in Sichuan Province, and analyzes the existing problems. Combining with the development trend of medical imaging center at home and abroad, it elaborates on the building idea of medical imaging service cloud in Sichuan Province from four perspectives including technology, business, management and operational mode, points out that the building of such a service cloud will facilitate the sound development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
