By making an overview on the domestic articles on the participation behavior of the online health community users in recent years, the paper analyzes the types of user participation behavior, theoretical models, study methods and other aspects, summarizes the current study situation of the user participation of domestic online health community, as well as puts forward suggestions on the effective building of the online health community.
