The current situation, frameworks and contents of the standard systems of related fields in and outside China has been investigated.The paper introduces the building methods of the standard system, puts forward the framework of health care scientific data sharing standard system that is comprised of the 6 categorizes including basis, data, management, technology, service and application and professional standards, which are consisted of 23 subcategories, in the hope of providing reference for the standardization work of related data sharing and formulation of standards.
