The paper expounds on domestic and overseas modes of providing for the aged and existing problems in the combination of medical treatment and pension, sets forward that the "big data, Internet of Things(IoT), mobile network and cloud computing" technologies should be adopted to build the mode of providing for the aged combining medical treatment and pension according to the health conditions and demands of the old, introduces the overall framework and main content, building Electronic Health Records(EHR) of the old and the information platform, as well as realizes functions of disease monitoring, medical diagnosis, rehabilitation and nursing.
