The paper carries out co-occurrence cluster analysis of high-frequency subject terms in practical papers related to ontology in the biomedicine field that are collected by the Medline Database for eight years, summarizes study hotspots in the field, including application in bioinformatics, clinical medicine, medical informatics and artificial intelligence from four aspects and eight directions of subjects.
