Taking the information management and information system specialty of Inner Mongolia Medical University as an example, the transformation-oriented talent training scheme and specialty training target has been set. The paper expatiates on the major tasks and measures of the transformation, including the optimization of the course offered, the exploration of training model of tutorial system, and the establishment of practical teaching quality guarantee and monitoring system, so as to provide referencs for the transformation of related specialties of medical colleges and universities.
