The paper elaborates on the current status of the relevant study on healthcare service system from Internet of Things (IoT) layer, fog layer and cloud layer. It puts forward the healthcare service system architecture with three levels of IoT, fog and cloud, introduces the components used in each level in detail, summarizes the application scenario and function of such a system in healthcare industry.
