The paper introduces the current development status of the Clinical Decision Support System(CDSS) in and outside China, combining with the actual situation of the The First Hospital Affiliated to Army Medical University, it elaborates on design goal, overall architecture, functions, software modules and their features of the clinical auxiliary decision support system, and points out that featuring a relatively sound application effect, the system is able to provide doctors with better information service and support.
