The paper introduces the design details of the "Internet+Healthcare" platform in Gansu province from the aspects of building objective, business requirement, mode and content, architecture and deployment of the system, etc. It elaborates on the practice process of the platform in detail and summarizes the experience in building such a platform as well as the application effects,points out that a convenient way of medical service which will benefit people can be provided by the platform.
