The paper elaborates on the concept and connotation of Information Literacy(IL) and Health Literacy(HL), analyzes the relationship between the former two and the evolutionary path of Health Information Literacy(HIL). The model of HIL has been built from the perspectives of health knowledge and information, demand for health information as well as health information background, etc.,so as to provide references for relevant studies.
